In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Dead Mans Dante,Silver Jack and Red Man and the tentative vote is given to Dead Mans Dante. The selection has dropped to a handy mark will relish the ground and with the drop back in trip also in his favour he looks the value bet in an open affair. Silver Jack rated the main danger on his latest second behind Jimmy Bond but he is best when allowed to dominate and as that does not look likely here he looks worth taking on. Red Man is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he has yet to prove he stays this far and he looks to have plenty of weight. Of the remainder Sands Rising is another that has conditions to suit and could go well at a price while Native Eire would be a danger to all if fit after a 503 day absence but for the winner we return to Dead Mans Dante.
