The six year old won well over this course last time when defeating Urban Hymn and although he has never won over a trip this far before he is taken to win again with ground conditions in his favour.Rosalyons ran as if returning to form when second behind Briar Rose but that was in a chase on softer ground and for that reason he is opposed here. Altareek was a good second behind Icy River last time and is sure to appreciate the step up in trip but he is very hard to win with. Magenko could also go well he was third behind Star Trooper last time and if he sees out the trip he will not be far away off what looks a fair mark. Of the remainder Silver Gift is another on a fair mark and he could go well if he put his best foot forward, but he has two ways of running so can not be backed with any confidence, so we are happy to side with Celioso.
