There's no let up for punters on today's card and this can go to one of at least half-a-dozen contenders. However, Sir Michael Stoute has won this twice in recent years and SHAMACAM may come out best. The 1m4f seemed to stretch him to the limit when a close-up third at Newbury three weeks ago and he's just preferred to C&D winner Absinthe, who finished third in a higher grade back here last time. Licence To Till has claims though he's inconsistent and the same comment applies to Rowan Tiger. Tick Tock Lover could also figure if proving suited to the longer trip, while a case can be made for Allanit and Aldwick Bay.
