Verdict

TOO MANY SHOTS never looked like catching the winner when runner-up on the Turf at Lingfield. But it was an improved effort, nonetheless, and John Best’s colt should make another bold bid. Good Craic will likely finish closer after a modest debut at Newbury but City Limits and Chaparrachik have even more improvement to find. Mister Manduro is related to Group 3 and Listed winners and Mark Johnston’s colt may prove best of the newcomers ahead of The Grape Escape.
