Verdict

Top Diktat started favourite on his reappearance at Kempton last month and though running well enough he didn't quite have a finishing burst. This longer trip should suit and he's run well on soft ground here in the past. Antarctic made a winning debut over this trip at Haydock but ran moderately when tried over further on Polytrack at Kempton. That was a year ago and he hasn't been seen since but looks a nice type and should go well. O Ma Lad stays much further than this and won over 1m4f at Catterick last time. He's been tried at 2m in the past and may find this on the short side. Significant Move ended the last campaign with a poor run but is very much better than that though whether he can concede weight to TILSWORTH GLENBOY at this stage is debatable and the latter gets the vote. He loves plenty of give in the ground and is just 4lb higher than when scoring at Nottingham last month and his latest run must be ignored as his saddle slipped.
