Verdict
Tropical Beat was raised 6lb after winning at Kempton and will find this tougher opposition. Cool Macavity is 5lb higher than when scoring at Ayr but is a C&D winner on good to firm while all ground appears to come alike to course specialist Chain Of Events, though he may be in the handicapper's grip now. Fattsota was only beaten a head over 1m4f at Windsor in May but Silken Thoughts may need more give in the ground, a remark that also be applied to Camberley Two. ENCKE has only had two starts, both last year, but was very impressive when winning on the bridle at Newmarket in September and that form has worked out well. He should stay the extra here and fitness is rarely an issue with his stable's runners so the colt gets the vote.
