    Verdict

Rain would suit Hawridge Star however on this ground he may prove to be vulnerable to the lightly-weighted STREET ENTERTAINER. Amanda Perrett's colt ran ok behind Oldrik last time out and off this career-low mark of 70 he can go close, especially as he shapes like this longer trip will suit. Elvira Madigan looks fairly-treated, Affinity's handicap win at Wolverhampton looks solid and a new mark of 69 probably underestimates her, whilst Minikin remains capable of better. The front-runner Mohanad should help ensure a true gallop, but along with Saggiatore he has a habit of finishing in second spot. Back from a break Russian Music is respected despite his best form coming at Southwell, and along with King Supreme and Chincoteague, with the blinkers taken off, helps make this a tough race to call.
