Indian Landing is progressive and wasn't too badly punished for his Galway victory though the runner-up has been well beaten subsequently. Smoky Cloud has a penalty for Saturday's Gowran victory but may find the ground too soft unlike DARASAL WANE, who thrives in the conditions as he showed when scoring on heavy ground over the C&D earlier in the month and at Listowel later for which a 4lb rise appears inadequate. Pivotal Rock was well supported on the sand at Laytown and ran out a comfortable winner so would be a big threat on his handicap debut if handling this ground. Miranda's Girl has won twice in testing ground here but she's 12lb higher than for her victory last month but another C&D winner, Maundy Money, has dropped to a very lowly mark and could go well.
