      Verdict

Azzurri probably has the best form of those with experience but his profile is hardly a progressive one while The Compeller seemed to appreciate stepping up to 1m4f when fifth last time at Gowran. There is stamina on the dam's side of Manitobian's pedigree so, even though he's by Selkirk, Dermot Weld's newcomer could go well but we'll take a chance on another debutant in PUT THE BOOT IN. Andy Oliver's Duke Of Marmalade gelding is a half-brother to the useful Aqwaal so this trip should be ideal.
