Verdict

Smoke Charger posted a better effort when second back on fast ground at Gowran last time. Both the winner and third have been beaten since, however, and top weight TSAR PAUL is preferred. He ran below par in testing ground at Naas last time but his earlier placed efforts on the Polytrack at Dundalk give him every chance in this company. Gagnant is another looking to put a recent poor run behind him and Tamujin has failed to figure since going within a head of winning at Dundalk back in February.
