Verdict

Kilbarry Classic was sent off favourite when fifth on her debut at Tipperary last month. She didn't run badly and is open to further improvement but the one to beat may well be winning pointer NOOSA. Katy Walsh rode him in all three starts in bumpers last year in better company than this and a first victory under Rules now looks on the cards. Noel Meade's newcomer Sally May has to go on the short-list with Nina Carberry in the saddle, while Philip Fenton's Brackforde could be another worth a second look.
