In depth

Verdict

Veteran BANNA MAN gets a tentative vote in a very modest affair. Thomond O'Mara's 11-year-old was holding his own in much better company last season off higher marks and, though undoubtedly on the downgrade, there may still be enough left in his legs to give weight to this opposition. Baby Whizz's form figures hardly inspire confidence but he takes a considerable drop in grade here, while the lightly-raced Top Of The Head should improve for his run at Gowran last month and may be the pick of the remainder.
