A modest handicap in which Master Nimbus, Dan Tucker and Parkview Love all come into this race in some semblance of form and we are with Parkview Love. James Given's horses are running well of late and the gelding could be well treated if his earlier form is taken into consideration. Second at Southwell to a progressive type on his latest start, he could represent value against the likely market leaders. Master Nimbus won with a degree of authority at Pontefract. Paul Hanagan is a positive booking on this dual purpose performer. Dan Tucker probably found the trip against him when tried over shorter at Pontefract. This trip will suit although he will carry an extra 4lbs. Great View is a better horse on the turf than the all-weather so a modest run at Southwell can safely be ignored. Fossgate is one to note in the market as he is a course-and-distance winner off a mark of 66. Today sees him at just 58. Timbalier is more unexposed than most and may have been unfortunate to run up against handicap good thing, Addikt, last time out.
