A claimer that won't take much winning and narrow preference is for Prunes ahead of Countrywide Comet and Buju. The selection was no great shakes for Sir Mark Prescott and has hardly set the world alight since joining Alan Berry. However the key today could be a drop in grade and leaving some competitive handicaps behind, she should go well on a track that should suit. Bonny's Babe is a course and distance winner and therefore needs a check in the betting although she has been out of form of late. Seconds Out ran well in defeat on the all-weather last week and may well be suited by the drop in trip as long as the blinkers work again. Abbey Express is unexposed but needs to improve today as he didn't take to the application of blinkers, whilst Call Of Ktulu is quickly dropped in class but shouldn't be ruled out at a price. Buju didn't shape last time out as though a drop in trip would suit and so with much trepidation we return to Prunes for the selection.
