A competitive claimer here and many have chances on their best form but the main protagonists look to be Wahoo Sam, Apache Point and Always Esteemed and the nomination is given to Always Esteemed. The selection was a fair fifth behind Labelled With Love last time out. He goes well fresh so the fact that he has not ran for 435 days need not be a problem and under conditions that suit he looks a value bet. Wahoo Sam rates the main danger on his best form but he is best when allowed to dominate and as that does not look likely he is taken on. Apache Point is dropping in grade and is sure to run his race but his best form is on a slightly softer surface. Top Jaro was fourth behind Indian Edge last time out and is another with place claims but in a race where stakes should be kept to the minimum for the winner we return to Always Esteemed.
