Oasis Wind, Bellomi and Game Park are three against the field in this maiden and the vote is given to Oasis Wind. The selection was a fair third on his debut behind Sharp Nephew. He looks sure to have learnt from the experience and with the shorter trip also looking to be in his favour he looks the one to be on. Bellomi rates the main danger. He is a well bred gelding by Lemon Drop Kid and will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. Game Park is another that catches the eye on breeding, being a colt by Elusive Quality. The booking of Jamie Spencer catches the eye and he should be watched in the market. Of the remainder Home ran with a modicum of promise on his debut and is sure to improve but he is bred to be suited by a longer trip in time and for the winner we return to Oasis Wind.
