Verdict

Sixshooter has won a bumper and a maiden hurdle in two starts around here and showed his liking for heavy ground at Navan, though that was over 2m6f. Recent Revelations, a close fourth behind stablemate Aramax in the Fred Winter in March, didn't stay 2m7f at Galway an finished a long way last in a ladies' handicap at the Curragh last month. Gordon Elliott also runs Compeador, who was beaten a long way in three starts last winter though in much better company including behind KILFENORA at Naas in November. Eddie Harty's charge then won another lucrative handicap at Navan in January and looks the one to beat. Winning hunter-chaser Samurai Cracker ran very well behind the useful Dewcup over slightly shorter here a fortnight ago and can get into contention.
