Verdict

Scholastic gained a deserved victory here a month ago, with Lucky Fella well beaten, after a short-head defeat by the prolific Longclaw at Listowel. Joseph O'Brien's charge will be receiving a stone from QUILIXIOS with jockey claims taken into consideration and should ensure Gordon Elliott's new recruit has a race. A very impressive winner on heavy ground in France, the latter has been taken out of a couple of races in recent weeks due to the conditions but looks an exciting prospect for the yard. Battle Of Benburb showed some potential on the Flat and is a half-brother to a winning hurdler
