    Verdict

Park Lane has been hammering on the door in maidens for some time now and while it won't be a surprise to see that door finally swing open here he could now be vulnerable to an unexposed improving type like DALESWAY who is our selection with Kessraa also considered. Having not looked much as a two-year-old the selection stepped up nicely on his first start at three to place in a big field at Thirsk last time. The form from that is yet to work out but given that run came after a long break there should be more to come especially after just three career starts. Park Lane has had twice has many chances and is still yet to score. He has been in contention in all but one of those and while his form sets the standard he is beginning to look exposed at this level. Kessraa has been holding form without improvement so far but there is a chance that if he finds something extra he could mount a challenge while we should never rule out anything from Mark Johnston's yard and given a girl's allowance Step Into Sunshine should improve from her first run. A tough race to call this but Dalesway might just be the answer.
