Verdict

HOPE’S WISHES could be primed for back-to-back victories in this as she’s only a pound higher than last year and looked to be on the way back at Newcastle last time. Top And Drop is quickly back over hurdles having unseating her rider over fences at Wetherby last time but she’s has continued to climb the weights. Funny Oyster is not really progressing and neither is Dites Rien but A Montmartre ran a little better here last time and this is a much weaker race than the one in which Knightly Pleasure finished last at Newbury nine days ago.
