Verdict

This is complicated by the fact that Knight's Parade, Street Entertainer and The Scourge were all entered over hurdles here yesterday. But, in any case, none of them have the scope of CYRUS DARIUS, who could turn out to be a very smart recruit to chasing. Unbeaten over hurdles, he landed a Grade 2 over 2m at Aintree in the spring and should have no problems with this extra half-mile. Shadow Catcher has been keeping decent company since winning at Limerick in June but will struggle to give 6lb to the selection if the latter's jumping is up to scratch.
