In depth

Verdict

UNDERTHEBOARDWALK is on an upward curve and looked a decent prospect when landing the odds at Roscommon earlier this month. Tony Martin's five-year-old can follow up here. Priors Gold is scheduled to make a swift reappearance after finishing second on the Flat at Bellewstown on Thursday but stands his racing well and makes more appeal than Downpatrick winner Bachelor Lad. Reaping The Reward is the other previous winner in the race but he seemed to appreciate the longer trip here in June and may not have the speed to cope with some of these.
