Verdict

Only seven runners in this but a very tricky puzzle to solve. Breedj hasn't done much lately and looks the least likely winner but the others all have decent claims. Caranbola did well to win from an average draw at Beverley on Wednesday but seems to reserve her best for that track nowadays and, like last week's Folkestone winner Anjomarba and Lady Paris, has a penalty to carry here. The latter has a bit of scope, however, and her stable is in terrific form while both Ray Of Joy and Yurituni have proved consistent this year. PSYCHIC'S DREAM has disappointed since winning easily at Leicester in June but gets her favoured fast ground for the first time since that success and could be the value here.
