Verdict

Oscars Journey and Humour won lower grade handicaps on the all-weather last time and Storm Lightning scored on fast ground at Brighton recently. Royal Bajan is better on the all-weather and won a Class 2 sprint at Chelmsford in March. But he was well beaten at Doncaster last time despite racing off a much lower mark so a chance is taken on BEAU MISTRAL ending a long losing run. He began last season off a 9lb higher mark and should be sharper for a recent outing at Chepstow.
