      Verdict

Sleep Easy was third in this last year off today’s mark but only four ran and he was beaten 18 lengths. RED TORNADO (NAP) was well backed at Stratford earlier this month and never gave supporters a moment’s worry. He has 7lb more to carry here but that shouldn’t be enough to prevent a quick double as Mister Fizz has gone up 10lb for winning a lesser race over a longer trip at Southwell. Ballinure is only 4lb higher than beating good yardstick Wynford at Towcester in May, however, and can’t be ignored.

Mister Fizz 3-1 (12-5) Held up in rear but in touch, progress to chase leaders 5th, 2nd 3 out, soon every chance, led before last, stayed on well, won at Southwell 2m 4f hcp (4) gd in Jul beating Angel of Harlem (11-3) by 3 1/4l, 7 ran.
