In depth

Verdict

There may only be five runners in this but three of them have already won this summer so it's quite competitive. Royal Irish Hussar may not be the force of old but should be capable of holding his own at this level. Dragon's Den can go well fresh while Instant Karma has had a run on the Flat since winning at Stratford but Phantom Prince has been raised 9lb since beating lesser rivals over a shorter trip here just over two weeks ago. MR KIT CAT beat a subsequent winner at Worcester in June and could complete the hat-trick here as there is every chance he'll be allowed an uncontested lead again.
