This intermediate distance could prove ideal for Aussie Reigns, who has won over a mile here and finished second twice over 1m2f at Goodwood last month. Morpheus is another three-year-old with solid claims as Lady Cecil's colt has been in cracking form lately and beat Silver Dixie over 1m here last time on worse terms. Kempton runner-up Royal Prize may be the pick of Ralph Beckett's two runners while Brian Ellison has six entered. Dream Walker and Pelmanism have been in the best recent form though the former has a penalty to carry and Ryan Moore rides Beaumont's Party. BANCNUANAHEIREANN won over this trip at Goodwood in the spring and is back in a handicap after a couple of fair efforts in conditions races. A literal view of his latest third at Bath, when less than a length behind the 108-rated Boom Or Bust, suggests he isn't badly treated and he should go close under Keiren Fallon.
