    Verdict

We'll take Italian Derby runner-up AGE OF REASON to return to winning ways in this Listed contest, while All The Aces looks next best. Saeed Bin Suroor has had a thin time of it this season and Age Of Reason has had to content his trainer with wins elsewhere in the world earlier in the year. However, he returned from a four month break to put up a mighty effort at San Siro and he may well just have too much class for this lot. Having said that, All The Aces will certainly be very competitive. Philip Robinson has struck up a good partnership with the Spartacus colt. He sees this trip out well and acts on both fast and slow ground and is entitled to go very close. Classic Punch has a liking for this place and was the easy winner at Ripon when we last saw him on a racecourse in April. If he can maintain that level of form or improve then he looks a contender. Wasan is a doubtful stayer if this race is truly run, while Yellowstone may be on the slide and we prefer the claims of Age Of Reason.
