In depth

Verdict

Supersta, Lexington Times and Bint Dandy have all been running well on Polytrack. Felix Leiter was quite consistent last season but struggled to get his head in front. Flash Fire is fit from a campaign in Dubai and Mujassam has to go on the short-list having won over this trip at Salisbury and Yarmouth last season. But Hamdan Al Maktoum's stable jockey Paul Hanagan prefers MUTAMAKKIN, who could be a blot on the handicap. He only managed one run last year and was well beaten but had looked a very nice prospect when winning his maiden at York in 2014 and it's significant that he's been kept in training. Sir Michael Stoute also runs Grand Inquisitor with Ryan Moore on board and he should be thereabouts, despite looking a few pounds too high. Flaming Spear and Mambo Paradise may be the pick of the remainder.
