John Gosden's stable has made a quiet start to the current campaign but his representative Little Good Bay should strip fitter for a recent return at Windsor, while Aunt Rita should improve for the step up in trip but the one that gets the vote is Arakan. Sir Michael Stoute's colt is held in high regard and duly opened his account for the season when beating New Seeker at Warwick last month. The runner-up franked that form when going one better in a decent handicap here on Friday and, off what looks a favourable handicap mark, Arakan can do the same before going on to better things. Beverley handicap winner Self Evident has more to do now off her new mark, as does Rifleman, who may not have beaten much when winning at Ripon last time.
