Verdict

Mutakayyef finished just ahead of Air Pilot when filling the places in a Group 3 contest here last month. Both have won over today's longer trip and it's too close to call between that pair. Educate was back in fifth in the same race and had earlier been beaten by SUDDEN WONDER at York. The latter won the Tattersalls Millions Trophy over course and distance early this year and gets a tentative vote with his yard back among the winners this week. Running Deer has plenty to find with Air Pilot and Proud Chieftain's losing run stretches back to 2012.
