Verdict

Gabrial The Great rattled up a hat-trick in minor events over the summer but was soon brushed aside tried in a handicap at Perth last time and has a double penalty to defy here. Stablemate Brick Layer looks very moderate while Rock A Doodle Do has had plenty of chances. Bumper winner Chieftain's Choice is worth a second look, however, while Flat winner Ardmay and Attention Seaker could be interesting. TAJ BADALANDABAD made all to win a couple of bumpers at Ffos Las in May and has the build of a jumper. If his hurdling is up to scratch, he'll have plenty of these in trouble before the home turn and can make a winning start over timber.
