In depth

Verdict

Adiator returned to action with a battling success here when outpointing Flighty Clarets under Adam Carter and the pair should be in the thick of things again as they seek the hat-trick off an acceptable 4lb higher mark. However, HARROGATE FAIR clearly relished the heavy conditions at Leicester this week when running away from his field in the closing stages and will be hard to conquer under his penalty if the forecast rain turns the ground more testing. Lees Anthem is exposed though went well last time but Windpower appeals as better shortlist material returning to the minimum trip off a more than fair mark of 62. The course and distance winner has gone well on all starts this season and another good performance is due.
