Osolomio, Golden Groom and Tuscany Rose are the three with the best recent form and the first named just gets the verdict. Alan Swinbank's gelding has been knocking on the door all season with some excellent efforts over shorter trips. His only blip came on soft ground at Yarmouth last time out. This trip looks right up his street and if the ground remains on the fast side of good he should go very close. Tuscany Rose improved for the step up in trip to win at Catterick last time and shouldn't be inconvenienced by the extra couple of furlongs. Meanwhile Golden Groom comes into the argument on his recent second behind Kings Fable. The James Given pair Give It Time and Arcangela should be watched closely in the market, but they do need to show improvement and so we return to a horse in good form this season for our selection and that is Osolomio.
