In depth

Verdict

LOUIS TREIZE made most at Doncaster and was only headed in the closing stages. He'll have come on a bundle for the experience but so too will Swiss Connection, who is by the same sire, for his run at Redcar where he looked very green. Bercheny is another with just one run behind him and he was noted staying on late over this trip at Windsor while Kolossus showed plenty of dash here last month. Of the newcomers, Woven, a £48,0000 purchase at the Goffs Breeze-Up, hails from a yard whose two-year-olds do well around here.
