Verdict

REIVERS LAD has a double penalty but he looks to be on a steep upward curve judged on a couple of effortless wins on heavy going at Kelso and should complete his hat-trick. Applaus has done most of his racing here and got off the mark over course and distance last month, though is rated 8lb lower than the selection and is more exposed. Henpecked may improve for her Kelso experience but has a lot to find while Ollie G will surely need this after a very long absence.
