In depth

Verdict

The Easterby pair could fight out the finish here and we just prefer Wolds Way ahead of Lambrini Legend, Digital Media may do best of the others. The selection, trained by Tim landed a bumper first time out last season and is steadily getting the hang of hurdling. His recent third to Neptune Jolly was an improved effort and with more progression likely he looks the best option. Mick Easterby's Lambrini Legend was an excellent fourth behind the smart Accordello on his hurdles debut but hasn't really progressed since. However this is his easiest task to date and he should be involved in the finish. Digital Media looks the pick of the two Howard Johnson runners, although he does need to find improvement from what he has shown so far. Stable companion North Island and Henbeck Lady may also be chasing the places, but our idea of the winner is Wolds Way.
