In depth

Verdict

In this maiden, Street Warrior gets the vote ahead of Yandina, with Compromiznotension possibly the one to prove best of the rest. Street Warrior holds very good claims here based on good placed efforts at both Warwick and Pontefract, form that stands out in the context of today's opponents, being rated in the mid-70s. Yandina also gets a solid mention based on her Newbury debut third, where she ran green. Compromiznotension would hold claims if Ian Semple has got him back to his earlier promise, while White Lightening has shown enough to suggest he might get amongst the money, a similar comment applying to Whittinghamvillage. Shiitake could also be interesting as he come here as a lightly-raced improver. Overall, though, Street Warrior gets the vote.
