Verdict

Louxor Des Mottes and Stentorian were both well backed on their introduction to hurdles and are probably capable of better. The Right Time hinted at ability when fourth at Doncaster but this should chiefly concern TANGO DE JUILLEY and Vendor. The former has to concede weight all round but went down with all guns blazing when second to Ardlui over C&D 17 days ago whereas Alan King's charge was a beaten horse when falling in a Grade 1 at Auteuil last month. Venetia Williams' gelding has more scope and gets the vote.
