Verdict

Thunder Pass tackles this trip for the first time but wasn't stopping when runner-up over 1m6f at Goodwood so it shouldn't be a problem. However, he's 5lb higher and this is tougher with the likes of Wordiness receiving weight. David Evans' charge is in tremendous form and though 5lb higher for his latest success at Bath he'll be difficult to keep out of the frame. Castle Combe stepped up to an extended 1m5f here last week and was an impressive winner. He should stay the extra and rates a threat but this can go to MEDBURN CUTLER (NAP). Paul Henderson's charge has been making steady progress and, after winning over this trip at Chepstow in May, completed a track and trip double on much quicker going last month.
