In depth

Verdict

Mazaaher is partnered by a 7lb claimer on his reappearance so Paul Hanagan takes over the reins on SAKASH. The latter found life tough in a higher grade at Ascot last week but had gone close at Lingfield earlier and it could be his turn today. Arlecchino'S Leap won at Brighton last month and has a shout back over 7f while Live Dangerously has also been winning at Brighton but over a longer trip. Vincenzo Coccotti is usually thereabouts but has so far only won a seller on the all-weather while Be Bold is getting no closer despite sliding down the weights.
