      Verdict

Sam Sharp probably has the best form among those to have raced previously having run a decent second in a Kempton maiden earlier this month and Henry Cecil's colt has to be respected but there are some interesting newcomers in the field with PICTORIAL looking the pick of them and getting the vote ahead of Tanfidh. Marcus Tregoning's filly is bred to be useful being a daughter of Marju out of a Mr Prospector mare and she comes from a yard that is more than capable of getting one ready first time up. Roger Charlton's Falbrav colt Brave Dealer takes the eye on pedigree but the yard have yet to hit top gear so he may be best watched, while a market move for the William Haggas-trained son of Sadler's Wells, Cotillion, would be of interest. John Gosden can do little wrong at present and his runner Twisted, who was well held on his only start as a juvenile, has to be considered on his reappearance. Paul Cole's Stellar Cause and Jeremy Noseda's Queen Of Paradise are other newcomers of interest but it is Pictorial that gets the vote. Sir Michael Stoute's gelding is a son of Pivotal out of an A P Indy mare and should be fine on the ground, while the stable's runners have really hit form of late and Pictorial is taken to give the yard another winner.
