In depth

Verdict

Not many of these arrive in decent form but SHAAKIS (NAP) drops down a couple of grades having finished behind the unbeaten Lightning Spear at Epsom last time. Marcus Tregoning's charge should find life much easier in this and is preferred to Voyageofdiscovery, who has been thereabouts at this level on the all-weather of late. Toga Tiger has struggled since winning at Wolverhampton at the start of the year and a similar comment applies to Kempton scorer Gracious George, who hasn't raced since March. Tee It Up Tommo and Maverik remain out of sorts.
