Verdict

Goldplated, in very good form last summer, ran poorly in two starts at Meydan in January and will be much more at home here. Robin Hood returned from a very long absence to comfortably beat Rising Wind at Lepardstown before a disappointing effort at Cork. Rising Wind is 7lb better off and should get closer as he again ran well last time and is well suited by the conditions. UNACCOMPANIED has always been a mudlark and has won seven of her 13 starts on the Flat and over timber, almost all with plenty of give in the ground. She won the Grade 1 Istabraq Hurdle at Leopardstown in December and though well beaten behind Hurricane Fly there a month later wasn't at her best. She won a Listed contest at the Curragh last April and looks to have too much class for these rivals.
