Verdict

Richard Fahey won this race last year with Sandiva and if the ground doesn't become too testing, he holds obvious claims with Realtra. The filly got off the mark at Newmarket at the third time of asking and seems sure to progress further. Spirit of Xian was below par in a conditions event at Newbury though she saw off a big field on debut at Newmarket in gutsy fashion, but we will look to oppose the British raiders with SHE'S A PISTOL. The daughter of Danehill Dancer was sent off a big price on her debut over C&D where she appeared too green to do herself justice. With today's going likely to suit on pedigree, she makes plenty of appeal at the likely odds. Stormfly, Newsletter and Beach Belle are previous winners over five furlongs and with all three fillies being absent from the racecourse for some time, the betting will tell us what to anticipate.
