      Verdict

      Bibbidibobbidiboo gets cheekpieces after seconds here and at Catterick this summer and has decent claims but LADY CALCARIA produced an improved performance wearing the aids for the first time at Haydock. She’s only raced over this trip once before but may handle conditions better than most. Gigi's Beach also steps up a furlong having a first run for Michael Dods and is another wearing cheekpieces for the first time. Merricourt and Oriental Lilly look best of the rest, though Donnelly's Rainbow will appreciate this drop in class.
