In depth

Verdict

Monksford has done little wrong this term and may have enough scope to concede weight all round here. However, he has let his supporters down in the past and is not one to become too heavily involved with. The same sentiments apply to Arms Acrossthesea, who has struggled to make an impact from his new mark after scoring here in May. Beauteous should also give a good account of himself and as a late developing-type he still has plenty to offer. Hakam is another to consider and as one of the least exposed runners in the field may well provide the value in the race.
