    Verdict

A couple of similar types are in contention here as Prohibition has returned to action in fine form winning twice on the Polytrack last month and CABAL was also ending a long losing run when landing a double at Wolverhampton in March, though is 6lb higher today. The latter makes more appeal as he's won off much higher marks on the turf before. Shamarlane won on the all-weather when last seen at the track but that was back in 2010, while La Bacouetteuse has done his winning over longer trips and looks high enough in the weights at present. Seldom has claims off his current mark, however, and may figure if fully tuned-up for his first start since September.
