In depth

Verdict

Silver Duke, Quebec and Lochalsh all appear to have plenty on their plate here. Dynamic Drive is 8lb better off with Endeavor than when beaten only three lengths at Carlisle last month but he had his limitations exposed in this grade at Wetherby subsequently. ARISTO DU PLESSIS was ridden with a little more restraint at Ayr last week and showed plenty of determination to hold on in the closing stages. He is on a roll and can defy his penalty under regular pilot Dale Irving. Space Ship won twice in the spring and looked to be on the way back at Down Royal last week so looks the danger, though Meadowcroft Boy has a touch of class and has been lightly raced.
