      Verdict

      BRISE VENDEENNE (NAP) is likely to be a short price for this contest after making the well regarded Hollies Pearl pull out all the stops over a longer trip at Chepstow. She made the running that day so the drop in trip shouldn't be a problem. Carinena had Blayney Queen more than seven lengths behind when landing a Perth bumper and she then only found one too good over hurdles at that track, though is another dropped in distance. Slide Show has won on the Flat so could be the pick of the remainder as she should improve on her fifth at Kelso.
